The holiday house "La Torre" has been recently restored, in a way that allowed to preserve its original architectural charm which dates back to the late 19th century, characterized by a sober elegance, both of furniture and services, which meet the needs of contemporary life and especially of the third millennium's tourist. It is made up of a wide entrance and a dinette tavern equipped for dinners among numerous friends. The first floor consists of a sitting room with terrace with a beautiful view on the valley and of a fully equipped kitchen. On the floor's entrance lies another terrace with a view on "Lo Stiglio" Mount. Bedrooms are located on the two other floors with two double bedrooms and a mansard with a double bed which can eventually host a third bed. The house can easly accomodate 7 persons and has 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) with shower.
The wide garden is well-equipped. The house offers also an independent heating system and television. From Cerreto you can easly reach important tourist, historical and religious places such as Norcia (20 km), Cascia (25 km) , Visso (25 km) , Terni (50 km) , Perugia (80 km), Spoleto (30 km) and Assisi (60 km).


The linen changes every week. Shopping, bus-stop at 100 meters, train station at 30 Km. Horse-riding at 5 Km.
